Best training I’ve been on in this industry. I have been cleaning carpets for 15 years but needed a refresher. Oli and the team at NJORD were incredible. For the first time in years, I actually felt involved and like I took something tangible away from the training. I’ve done several courses within the industry and the NJORD course is by far the most hands-on course I have attended, the course is engaging and very well put together. I have found on other courses I have left with more questions than answers however this was not the case this time. I recently had the opportunity to participate in a carpet and upholstery cleaning training session at Njord, and I have to say I found the experience absolutely fantastic. The training was presented by Oli, the owner of Njord, and he did an amazing job of making the material engaging and easy to understand.
Oli was highly knowledgeable and experienced, and he offered valuable insights and tips that I would never have thought of on my own. Throughout the session, he was patient, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions that came up. It was clear that he had a genuine passion for his work, and this showed through in the way he presented the content.

The carpet cleaning course is not only informative but interactive and engaging.
The course isn’t rushed and Oli took plenty of time to answer any questions we had even using demonstrations to ensure everybody understood fully.
The accompanying literature is also well put together and helps to refer back to when your memory needs jogging.
Overall 5 stars is not enough and I would rate it higher if I could.
