We go into detail on the different job types, Constructions, soil and staining types you will come across every day.
This course is recommended for beginners, intermediates and professionals looking to sharpen up their knowledge.

We cover:
Different types of cleaning.
Different types of constructions and problematic modern carpets.
Different methods and when to use them.
Testing carpets and fibres.
PH testing and and overview of the basic chemistry understanding required.
Problems you will face and how to correct them.
Surveying jobs and working with customers to set expectations.
Sales and marketing methods and how to get ahead in a competitive market place.

Hands on cleaning with a variety of constructions and all methods and machinery available.
Includes dry powder cleaning, low moisture cleaning and spray extraction cleaning with both portable and truck-mounted extractors.
This course also covers oil based staining and how to treat as a professional.
We now incorporate our advanced urine treatment course into the same day. This goes into detail on how to identify and treat urine and what equipment and tools are required to do so.

Please note we limit our courses to 12 delegates only. This is to avoid overcrowding ensuring everyone gets their questions answered.

This course has an exam at the end and on successful completion you will be certified as a NJORD CLEANING SPECIALIST and will be free to use our logo in your publications.
